Gina A. Occhipinti graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Intensive Legal Studies. She subsequently attended graduate school at San Francisco State and studied Women’s Studies. Ms. Occhipinti obtained her Juris Doctorate from Monterey College of Law.
Ms. Occhipinti acted as a support person for victims of domestic violence and assisted victims in obtaining restraining orders against their abusers. She simultaneously assisted local victims of other violent crimes by helping them recover benefits, including relocation costs and compensation for medical treatment and counseling. Ms. Occhipinti was introduced to the practice of personal injury over fifteen years ago. Since that time she has handled hundreds of personal injury claims and lawsuits. She has extensive experience dealing with claims adjusters and defense attorneys.
Ms. Occhipinti is an active Board Member of Women Lawyers of Santa Cruz County. She is also a member of the Monterey County Bar Association and the Santa Cruz County Bar Association.
