DEANNA TRINIDAD

Deanna M. Trinidad graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology in 2001.  She was drawn to the beauty of the California coast and earned her Juris Doctorate from Monterey College of Law in 2010.  While in law school, Ms. Trinidad was chosen as a Heisler Moot Court Finalist and is a member of the Heisler Society.  She has been a Board Member of Women Lawyers of Santa Cruz County since 2011.  She served one year as the Corresponding Secretary and six years as the Recording Secretary.  She currently serves as WLSCC's President and works at Advocacy, Inc. as the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Coordinator, advocating for residents' rights in skilled nursing facilities and residential care facilities for the elderly.  

Ms. Trinidad settled in Capitola and enjoys bird watching and hiking through the local state parks.
