MELIA POWELL
Melia J. Powell studied global studies at California State University, Monterey Bay and obtained her jurist doctorate from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2008. She is the managing attorney at Senior Citizens Legal Services, a non-profit law firm that provides legal services to vulnerable seniors in Santa Cruz and San Benito counties. Melia was raised deep in the Santa Cruz mountains and enjoys hiking, dancing and reading science fiction.
